Have You Signed Up for Our New Cable TV Service Yet? (How about telephone or Internet?)

Have You Signed Up for Our New Cable TV Service Yet? (How about telephone or Internet?)

Consolidated Communications on Campus this Week to Sign Up Independent Living and Village Assisted Living/Village Residential Care Residents

We have been getting such a positive response from residents who have looked over the services that our new cable TV/telephone/internet services partner, Consolidated Communications (CCI), has to offer, we couldn't be more pleased. You'll also find some attractive options for telephone and Internet -- including a flat fee $30 per month telephone service through JKV with unlimited local calls, unlimited domestic long distance, and more.

Independent Living: More than 90 percent of the households in independent living have already let us know what services they want to have. In order to do the installations quickly and efficiently later this month, we need to know what everyone's selections are. ALL RESIDENTS need to at least let us know what level of cable TV service they want, because CCI will be REPLACING TimeWarner as the source for your free basic cable TV channels that come with your contract at John Knox Village. You may sign up for other services too.
To help in getting the rest of independent living signed up, CCI Residential Account Executive Adam Carey will be on campus, personally visiting the homes of those who have not completed their order forms.
If you have any questions, please contact your area manager.

Village Assisted Living/Village Residential Care: Consolidated Communications (CCI) representatives will hold informational presentations and sign-up sessions in the Ambassador Room from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday, Nov.. 12 and 13. Information has been sent to residents and family members. Please plan to attend one of these.
