The
Mid-America Regional Council’s (MARC) RideKC Transit Plan team is hosting a
series of public meetings to develop a regional transit plan. There is a
meeting scheduled from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11 at the Gamber Community
Center, 4 SE Independence Ave., Lee’s Summit. There will be a 20-minute
presentation at 4:40 p.m. and the remainder of the meeting will be an open
house format.
