Upper Parking Lot Closed
It is time to close the lot that
runs along the front of Manor I and Villa I and let our contractors do their
work. The lot did temporarily re-open because of construction delays, but for
everyone’s safety, We are now closing it until we move on to the next phase of
construction. Residents may continue to park on Shamrock and the parking lot
across the street, as well as the lot between Lakeshore Manor and Villa I.
Additional parking is available on Pryor Circle, if needed, and residents and
guests can call Dial-A-Ride at (816) 347-2840 for pick-up and drop-off at Pryor
Circle.

Circle only.

for news on when Phase II of The Meadows’ parking lot construction project. At
that time, a limited number of the Country Club lot spaces will re-open and
Shamrock Ave. will permanently close between the Lakeside building and O’Brien
Road. A third phase will follow a couple of weeks after that.

inconvenience and are working hard to reduce the impact on your day-to-day
activities.
