Winter is coming and with it the tendency to become less active. Emily Morris, director of wellness, will give you tips and fun alternative ways to stay active when you can no longer go outdoors.
Exercising and finding ways to keep moving also help mental health during the winter, when there is less daylight and fewer activities to keep us busy.
The event is FREE.
